Established in 2014, Bruneau’s food cart and catering is one of the original food carts in Bend, Oregon with a name recognized for quality, a great reputation for serving awesome food, and consistent 5-star reviews.
You can find one of our two food carts in Bend, Redmond, Sisters, and throughout Central Oregon at numerous public festivals and privately catered events including weddings, birthday parties, anniversaries, corporate gatherings, and school functions.
Bruneau’s Mouthwatering Food
Bruneau’s specializes in serving Authentic Philly Cheese Steaks and Traditional Greek Gyros (with Vegetarian and Gluten Free Options). Our simple but awesome menu was designed by a Philly Native. Made with delectable ingredients, our sandwiches consistently win rave reviews from discriminating Philly and east coast customers.
Bruneau’s Signature Experience
Bruneau’s does not just serve food. Cooking our food is a show that people love to watch. Serving our food is an interactive and memorable because the Bruneau’s Signature Experience is unlike anything that you will find with any other food truck or trailer in Central Oregon. It is defined by the open air nature of our two food carts. This open-air concept allows our chefs rub shoulders with the people we serve and people are able to experience our food in a unique way. Our guests can chat up a storm while watching their food be prepared, and hear and smell the meat, cheese and veggies sizzling on the grill.

If you are a Vendor who is interested in inviting us to be a food vendor at your event please include the name of the event, and the date(s) and time(s) of the event. Please also include the number of people you have had in the past and the number of people that are estimated to attend in the future along with the expected number of other food trucks and food trailers that you may plan to have (if applicable).
For Catering inquiries please include the type of event, the date and time of the event, and the number of people you would like to serve.
